Senior Construction Coordinator

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects from inception to completion
- Prepare detailed estimates and tender package submissions for new projects
- Oversee project performance to meet schedule, budget, and contract specifications
- Conduct site inspections and attend progress meetings
- Develop and implement quality control, safety, traffic management, and environmental plans
- Manage resources, cost control, progress estimates, and contract change management
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and sub-trades
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or engineering
- Graduate degree in civil engineering or a related field is an asset
- Proficiency in estimating software is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask
- Flexibility to work extended hours when required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Project
