Executive Assistant to Director of Performance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced executive assistant to provide administrative support to the Director of Performance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules, prioritizing tasks, and preparing high-level documents.

This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the Director to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Director, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as required
  • Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other tools to support the Director's work
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a government or corporate setting
