**EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to JOINT MANAGING DIRECTOR**

We're seeking a dynamic **Executive Assistant** to partner with our Joint Managing Director, Brent Duffy. This is an exceptional opportunity to enable our Executive to enhance client impact and focus on high-value priorities, delivering to the growth and commercial and overall strategy of the firm. The role demands strong executive support skills, strategic planning, business development support, and excellent communication abilities within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

**Here's what you'll do**:
**Executive Support & Business Management**:First point of contact for Executive, proactive diary management and travel coordination, high quality documentation, correspondence and presentations, administrative support

**Strategic Execution Support**: Working with broader executive team to provide proactive strategic planning support to ensure Executive is strategically focussed on key priorities

**Business Development Support**: Sales meeting and account planning cadence, execution of sales and marketing collateral and business development events, Executive sales metrics and CRM data is maintained

**About you**:
**Experienced**: Well-developed executive assistance experience with exposure to interacting with C-suite and other senior executives

**Commercial**: Exposure to a fast-paced and commercial business environment with experience in similar administrative roles

**Skilled Communicator**: Excellent written and spoken communication skills including the ability to influence and have impact, internally and externally

**Strategic planner**: Ability to plan and prioritise across a fast paced and changing environment

**High performer**: Outcomes obsessed, strong attention to detail and quality execution that exceeds expectations

**Client-centric**: Strong client focus and stakeholder management skills

**Dynamic & Adaptable**: Resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Technical**: Proficient use of Microsoft 365: Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and other systems
