Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive professional to work as a Full Time Supervisor. As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and leading a team of staff members.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the business, including store managers, regional managers, and head office staff
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business objectives and deliver results
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of integrity and reliability
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets
