
Driving Business Growth Specialist

As an experienced account professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction within allocated geographies. Your primary focus will be on engaging with key customers across various sectors including utilities, mining, transport, renewables, and power generation.
Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance account relationships, drive sales growth, and improve profitability. You will coordinate sales activities, manage customer problems, and promote our products and solutions in the allocated geography.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Managing key customer accounts in target markets
- Developing business strategies to grow our customer base
- Defining and proposing sales targets and growth margins for the account
- Ensuring attainment of company sales goals
- Establishing and developing customer relationships based on a defined strategy
- Acting as focal point for problem resolution
- Monitoring customer claims
- Planning, facilitating, and conducting customer negotiations
Requirements:
- Tertiary or degree qualifications in Engineering or recognized equivalent
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in the energy sector
- Knowledge in HV Energy Sector at a technical level
- Good understanding of our products
- Local market knowledge is beneficial
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
