Orthopaedic Ward Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced orthopaedic registered nurse to lead our ward as a clinical leader.

As a clinical leader, you will provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practices, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing staff.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practices.
  • Manage staffing resources effectively.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures and protocols aligned with best practices.

Our ideal candidate will be an experienced orthopaedic registered nurse with demonstrated leadership capabilities, strong clinical knowledge and a passion for mentoring emerging healthcare professionals. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
