The Opportunity:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operation of our business.

You will be responsible for handling key administrative and accounting tasks while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively handle internal and external customer queries via phone, and email.
  • Manage customer/supplier queries, following set procedures.
  • Maintain our CRM Database of customer/supplier information.
  • Raising, track and closing purchase orders.
  • Acting as a point of contact between finance and operational teams.
  • Assisting in the preparation of weekly and monthly management reports.
  • Completing other ad hoc administrative functions.

About You:

You excel in both autonomous and collaborative environments and take pleasure in providing timely resolutions.

You will also possess:

  • Previous experience in an administration role.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
  • Experience using JDE, Coupa and Myosh would be extremely advantageous.
  • An eye for detail, the ability to prioritise and strong time management skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain good working relationships with customers, suppliers, and all onsite teams.
  • Excellent communication written and verbal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
