Project Sales Support Specialist

Job OverviewThis role offers a unique chance to leverage your organisational skills, customer service expertise, and product knowledge in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
You'll be the primary point of contact for construction site supervisors and customers, ensuring seamless communication throughout the sales order cycle.
A key aspect of this role is collaborating with various business units to provide a high-quality experience for commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities- Handle initial enquiries and process orders from start to finish, including coordinating service calls and managing delivery needs.
- Provide updates to construction site supervisors and customers on orders, deliveries, and any issues that may arise.
- Work closely with Transport Teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of Project Home Builder orders.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in customer-facing roles or administration, with excellent enquiry-handling skills.
- A background in white goods or plumbing products is highly desirable, enabling you to make informed recommendations and navigate technical aspects.
- Proficiency in MS Office, G-Suite, and other digital tools to facilitate smooth processes and effective communication.
- A keen eye for detail and ability to notice key factors that make a significant difference.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, along with the ability to handle pressure with composure.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to work together to achieve desired outcomes.

A competitive salary package, reflective of industry standards and based on location, includes an estimated annual salary of $70,000 - $90,000 AUD, depending on experience.
