Role Overview

The role of Clinical Applications Specialist offers a unique opportunity to leverage your clinical skills in a dynamic and challenging position. You will be working with cutting-edge technology, providing clinical support throughout the entire customer relationship lifecycle.

Your main responsibility is to collaborate with Account Managers to deliver pre-sale presentations, demonstrations, installation, and post-sale training, applications, and support. Whether coming from a clinical background or transitioning into a commercial role, your expertise will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support to customers across QLD, focusing on our DXR product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to deliver pre-sale presentations, demonstrations, installation, and post-sale training, applications, and support.
  • Leverage your clinical skills to enhance your customer focus and relationship-building abilities.
Requirements
  • A qualified Radiographer with extensive clinical experience in General X-Ray and Mobile Surgery; Fluoroscopy experience is a plus.
  • Strong customer-centric skills.
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
  • High motivation, energy, and results-driven attitude.
  • Willingness to travel across QLD regularly and interstate if needed.
