Job Overview:

The Student Services/Admission Manager role is crucial in providing exceptional support to ensure students have a positive and productive learning experience.

  • Assess and process student applications, withdrawals, deferrals, refunds, cancellations, suspensions, and other requests with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage and record student enrollment, including personal details, in relevant systems.
  • Monitor student attendance and course progress, ensuring timely interventions when necessary.
  • Support student orientation and induction processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop reports for key stakeholders and conduct regular meetings to discuss student engagement and retention strategies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in international education and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
  • Fluency in English is essential, and fluency in other languages is desirable.
