Key Role in the Learning on Country Program

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vital program supporting operations across multiple remote communities in the Northern Territory.

About The Opportunity

Reporting to the Business Coordinator, this role provides high-level administrative, financial and business support to the LoC Program. You will be responsible for contract management, procurement, payments, program reporting and compliance ensuring all operations align with organisational policies and funding requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiation, administration and closure ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Procurement: Source and procure goods and services as required by the program ensuring value for money and compliance with organisational policies.
  • Payments: Manage payment processes ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with organisational policies and funding requirements.
  • Program Reporting and Compliance: Develop and maintain reports to ensure program accountability and compliance with organisational policies and funding requirements.
What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have Advanced Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field and/or minimum of two (2) years' experience in a similar position. They must possess strong organisational project management analytical capabilities with ability to interpret complex reports contracts and financial information. Excellent cross-cultural interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills are also essential.
