Job Description

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our Operations team with administrative, transactional, and general support in delivery of vessel service visits and the day-to-day operation of the Service Centre. The role will work closely with the operations team to gather project information and data, to ensure administrative functioning and closeout of quality documentation.

This position reports to the Office Manager.

What's Involved
  • Develop and maintain accurate systems and registers in line with project requirements.
  • Provide level of administration support that fosters an environment of efficiency, accuracy, and order of priority.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports in line with Austal standards and project requirements.
  • Assist Operations and Admin team with general administration duties.
