Job Title: Funeral SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Funeral Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our arrangement team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting families through their most vulnerable time.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate ashes returns to families in New South Wales, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Arrange personalized return of ashes experiences for families, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Attend memorial ceremonies, providing emotional support and guidance to families.
- Respond to inbound calls from families, addressing their questions and concerns about their current arrangements.
- Coordinate logistics, ceremony arrangements, and communicate funeral service details to families and their extended network.
- Exceed customer expectations by being flexible, patient, and responsive to their needs.
- Contribute to the development of Bare Cremation's content and resources, ensuring families are well-informed, supported, and empowered.
- A strong passion for helping people in their greatest time of need.
- Unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Strong attention to detail and methodical approach under pressure.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout NSW.
Bare Cremation offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
