Key Role: Senior Civil Estimator

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for civil infrastructure, earthworks, and subdivision projects.

  • Prepare accurate and competitive pricing for diverse range of civil projects;
  • Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documentation;
  • Conduct take-offs, measure quantities, and source subcontractor/supplier pricing;
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing;
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options during the estimating process;
  • Support business development by contributing to bid strategies and client presentations;
  • Mentor junior estimators and contribute to continuous improvement within the estimating team;

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of estimating experience in the civil construction industry;
  • Strong knowledge of earthworks, roadworks, drainage, and subdivision works;
  • Proficient in estimating software and MS Office (expert in Excel);
  • Excellent analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines;
  • A team player with strong communication skills and leadership potential;
