Civil Project Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for leading project production, support, and delivery in line with time, cost, quality, and compliance requirements.

The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of challenging projects in various industry sectors including building construction, industrial, mining and resources, transport infrastructure, and environmental sectors.

  • Supervising crews, plant, machinery, and subcontractors on site.
  • Leading project production, support, and delivery in line with time, cost, quality, and compliance requirements.
  • Programming daily site works.
  • Coordinating employees, subcontractors, and equipment.
  • Providing advice, direction, and support to project staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5-15 years experience on civil projects with bulk earthworks experience essential.
  • Proven ability to lead and delegate effectively.
  • Strong planning and scheduling skills.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of organization and time management skills.
  • Strong computer and paperwork skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
