Job Title: Broker Account Manager

The purpose of this role is to drive business growth from a portfolio of existing and new brokers.

This will be achieved through proactive promotion of financial products, regular training and product updates, and providing partners with ongoing support and assistance in the application process.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales volume and deliver revenue targets.
  • Highlight new business opportunities to increase market share.
  • Provide ongoing product training and updates to accredited brokers.
  • Represent the company at industry events.
  • Implement processes to ensure smooth client experience.
  • Liaise with credit services to ensure opportunities progress within service level agreements.
  • Manage existing relationships and onboard new brokers.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in sales or sales support within asset or equipment finance.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with relevant technology used in finance.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and a team player.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • An existing network of finance brokers.
