We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and implement robust training frameworks, schedules, and resources for employees and contractors in compliance with industry standards.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead maintenance training and assessments to ensure compliance, performance standards, and continuous improvement.
- Support the development and delivery of training content and resources, ensuring measurable outcomes that meet internal and external requirements.
- Develop technical and non-technical skills, including apprentices, while tailoring learning to diverse audiences and levels.
- Conduct training needs analyses with stakeholders to identify process improvements and enhance training effectiveness.
- Continuously improve facilitation skills and stay informed on safety and learning initiatives by building strong business networks.
About the Role:

Requirements:
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (mandatory)
