Job Title:

Training & Assessment Specialist

About the Role:
  • This position requires a skilled trainer and assessor with experience in dogging, rigging, and crane operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions, ensuring content meets industry standards and regulations.
  • Deliver practical activities and supervise students' behaviors to provide motivating training experiences.
  • Maintain equipment, training venues, and training aids to ensure a safe and effective learning environment.
Requirements:
  • Cert IV TAE (plus upgrade units if required)
  • Possess a High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL)
  • Demonstrated Lifting Operations experience within construction/civil, resources & infrastructure or training sectors
  • Be accredited by WorkSafe as an Individual Assessor (or ability to gain accreditation)
  • Eligible to obtain a Working Children Check Card and Police Check
