We're looking for a Resident Wellbeing Manager to bring our Everyday Wellbeing promise to life, helping residents feel supported, connected, and truly at home across our villages throughout the NSW Mid North Coast.
The role As Resident Wellbeing Manager, you'll be at the heart of shaping wellbeing across multiple villages.
Working in partnership with Village Managers, Wellbeing Coordinators, Home Care providers, and local community organisations, you'll design and champion initiatives that make a tangible difference to residents' lives.
In this role, you will: Support village teams to deliver vibrant, inclusive wellbeing programs.
Lead key initiatives such as dementia awareness, aged care partnerships, and volunteer engagement.
Act as a trusted point of escalation for resident wellbeing concerns.
Build and strengthen partnerships with Home Care providers and specialist wellbeing services.
Drive consistency across your region, while celebrating success and sharing best practice.

About you You're a natural connector with a genuine passion for community and wellbeing.
You know how to make residents feel safe, valued, and supported, and you can balance big-picture strategy with on-the-ground action.
Your background may be in retirement living, health, community services, or wellbeing.
What matters most is your ability to bring warmth, empathy, and professional judgement to complex situations.
You'll also need access to your own transport to support local travel across villages.
