We have an exceptional opportunity for a Credit Analyst to join our team based in Newmarket.

You'll be responsible for assessing and lending decisions within the Small Business and Consumer segments. The focus is customer-centric, with a consistent delivery of excellent customer service satisfaction results to our internal and external customers. Providing analysis and problem-solving as required within appropriate and critical timeframes.

We have two shift options available: Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday.

Does this sound like you?

Your relationship building skills are second to none. You may come from a customer-facing, business manager, credit analyst, or motor role. You'll know the front-end credit application process, have strong negotiation skills, and the ability to think on your feet. Happy to flex, have experience working in a fast-paced environment, and work well under pressure.

You're a pro:

Lending Experience

Understanding of financial legislation regarding CCCFA

Consumer and Small Business (SME) credit decision experience

Effective Analytical Skills

Ability to make an approval decision, including assessment of business financials

Attention to detail and great listening and written communication skills
