About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Paramedicine Educator to join our academic team at Monash University. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the future of Paramedicine education, delivering high-quality undergraduate and/or postgraduate specialisation courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, prepare and deliver curriculum across our undergraduate/postgraduate programs
  • Advance the School's research and scholarship initiatives through high-impact research projects
  • Collaborate with fellow academics to shape the future of Paramedicine
  • Lead research teams and drive innovation in Paramedicine education and practice

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have a doctoral or master's degree in Paramedicine or a closely related field, or possess equivalent professional experience. Demonstrated excellence in curriculum development, clinical practice and research is essential, as well as strong communication and leadership abilities.
