The Role

We are seeking an experienced Rostering Coordinator/Senior Administrator to join our Infinite Operational team. This permanent full-time position reports directly to our General Manager and plays a crucial role in staffing at our new Aged Care Home in Knoxfield, Victoria.

 

The key purpose of this role is to manage and communicate all front-line employees' shifts via our centralised rostering tool in Humanforce across various shifts, enabling us to deliver operational stability for our residents, their families, and visiting health professionals. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and supportive team that values professionalism, high quality, and efficiency, underpinning our culture. As a member of the leadership team, you will collaborate with colleagues across functions to foster a supportive, resident-centric workplace culture and act as brand ambassadors.
