**Job Title:** Occupational Therapy Manager

**Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapy Manager to lead our inpatient rehabilitation and subacute wards at the University of Canberra Hospital. As a member of our dynamic team, you will provide clinical leadership and guidance to occupational therapists and allied health assistants.

**Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and achieve efficient and effective patient-centered services.
  2. Provide regular input into and form an integral part of the RACS Allied Health leadership team.
  3. Oversight professional development and supervision of the team.
  4. Promote participation in quality improvement and research initiatives.

**Requirements:

  • Completion of Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Proven experience in management and leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
