Senior Allied Health Leader Job

A visionary executive is required to drive strategic growth in Occupational Rehabilitation. The successful candidate will lead high-performing teams, innovate service delivery, and enhance client satisfaction.

This leadership role involves overseeing the development and implementation of evidence-based models, influencing stakeholder engagement across insurers, employers, and healthcare partners, and inspiring leaders and consultants to achieve ambitious KPIs & return-to-work outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering Occupational Rehabilitation & Prevention Services
  • Drive innovation in service delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction
  • Oversee financial performance, budgets, and modelling to maximise outcomes
  • Influence stakeholder engagement across insurers, employers, and healthcare partners
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and delivery of evidence-based models
  • Champion growth strategies including tender submissions, new service lines & grants
