About the Role

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for helping individuals through their recovery process and assisting them in returning to work and everyday life after experiencing injury or illness.

Your responsibilities will include a variety of assessment and case management tasks across diverse customer portfolios. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives and contribute to their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing and managing cases to ensure effective rehabilitation outcomes
  • Providing guidance and support to clients throughout their recovery journey
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

You should have a passion for occupational rehabilitation and a commitment to ongoing professional development. Additionally, you will need to hold relevant qualifications and certifications, such as an occupational therapy or physiotherapy degree.

Requirements:
  • Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist (with relevant professional membership)
  • Passion for Occupational Rehabilitation
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
  • Sincere dedication to ongoing self-improvement
  • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal
  • Minimum 1 year relevant work experience
