Job Description:

We are seeking a Loan Operations Specialist to join our team at the Central Sterilisation Services Department. This role offers an opportunity to work with a friendly team and utilise the latest machinery in our brand-new state-of-the-art CSSD Hub and Spoke Model.

About The Role:

  • Coordinate and track the movement of scheduled loan Reusable Medical Devices (RMDs) across sites.
  • Work within a team to process instruments, trays, and equipment in a timely manner to meet operational requirements.
  • Ensure consistency and continuous workflow between various Operating Theatre areas and CSSD while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
  • Coordinate timely delivery and pick up of all loaned RMDs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III qualification in Sterilising Services.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Central Sterilisation Services Department.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs (Excel in particular).
  • Strong knowledge of the principles behind AS 5369:2023.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
