We are seeking to establish a pool of highly skilled science specialist teachers for various permanent and fixed-term vacancies. Appointments may be offered at any time throughout the year.

About the Role:
  • Deliver high-quality science programs to students in years Pre-Primary to Year One, promoting student-centred learning and innovative teaching methods.
  • Implement evidence-based science programs with a strong focus on Agri-science and STEM initiatives, enhancing student outcomes and community engagement.
  • Develop partnerships within the education sector and continue to implement sustainability programs, fostering a collaborative and environmentally conscious approach.
  • Work collaboratively with specialist teachers and classroom teachers to deliver differentiated programs, leveraging teacher expertise and promoting professional growth.
Requirements:
  • Hold an eligible teacher qualification and registration, ensuring compliance with relevant education standards.
  • Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or have a valid visa with relevant work rights, guaranteeing a stable working environment.
  • Apply for a WA Working with Children Check before commencing employment, prioritising student safety and well-being.
  • Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before starting, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
