The Role

Cannington Community College is seeking enthusiastic, passionate, and dedicated Science teachers to join our dynamic team. We are looking for educators who are relationship-focused, have strong interpersonal skills, and can work both independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidates will foster a positive and engaging learning environment that supports student success. Applicants should bring an energetic and engaging teaching approach, a deep understanding of the Western Australian Science curriculum, and the ability to design purposeful and inclusive learning experiences that meet the diverse needs of our students.

Requirements & Eligibility
  • Hold an eligible teacher qualification and registration.
  • Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
  • Apply for a WA Working with Children Check before you start.
  • Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before you start.
