Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to fill the position of Site Supervisor at our Community Centre.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with marginalized populations, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess strong problem-solving skills. They will also be able to foster an environment of employee and service user engagement, communicate effectively with clients and coworkers, and understand current social issues related to homelessness, mental illness, and drug addiction.

We offer a competitive salary range of $73,715 – 82,271 per annum, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including pension, health, and dental coverage. This is a full-time position with 37.5 hours per week, including day and evening shifts, some weekends.
