You'll play a key role in growing our business by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

As a commercial banking professional, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as delivering financial solutions to meet the complex needs of our clients.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional client service and has a proven track record of building and leading successful business banking portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service;
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referral partnerships;
  • Delve into client needs and work with product specialists to deliver tailored financial solutions;
  • Drive deal execution with expertise in origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex solutions;
  • Represent our organization externally across the region.

Our teams support medium to large-sized businesses across Australia, utilizing advanced technology solutions to provide valuable assistance to our clients as they navigate their businesses' futures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in building and leading business banking portfolios and lending above $1m;
  • A deep understanding of banking products and services;
  • Skilled in credit analysis and comfortable with financial documents and cash-flow drivers;
  • Pride yourself on building relationships through outstanding service and driving new business.
