Network Development Executive

This is a pivotal role in delivering customized employment services to job seekers, employers, and referral partners. The position focuses on growing brand awareness and building inclusive networks to promote customer success.
Main Responsibilities:- Expand community and employer networks to increase referrals and support diversity initiatives within employers.
- Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
- Develop and manage strategic employer and industry partnerships.
- Promote the organization as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
- Analyze labour market trends to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Support the local leadership team to coach teams to strengthen employer engagement and improve client career outcomes.
- Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
- Experience in employment services, recruitment, or community engagement.
- Strong local networks and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and adaptability across diverse audiences.
- Solid admin skills and familiarity with CRM/ESS systems.
- Passion for inclusion and empowering others through employment.
- Current Driver's License - essential.
