About the Role
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the dealer network footprint, considering current and emerging trends for medium- to long-term business resilience.
  • Manage competitive analysis and benchmarking of dealers to maximize market share and service & parts penetration.
  • Oversee Seeding & Tillage Dealer network performance and facilitate the Dealer Performance Improvement Program where necessary.
  • Support key Network Development activities such as dealer quality standards, dealer visual identity, dealer financial improvement, and dealer advisory boards.
