Job Overview

A Digital Enablement role is available where you will enhance digital literacy across the business and improve understanding and use of existing software, automations, and AI solutions.

This position will work closely with the IT team to drive efficiency improvements across the organisation and identify additional use cases.

You will play a pivotal role in using digital solutions to enhance business operations and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and update business systems with a user-focused approach to managing business change.
  • Create and curate learning content, design and deliver training workshops, and provide one-on-one coaching in online, face-to-face, or blended environments.
  • Consult across the business to understand context, people, and needs.
  • Search for new opportunities, tools, and methods to drive innovation.
  • Support broader Learning and Development initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Passionate professional with strong digital capability and previous experience delivering technology-focused content.
  • Proficient with MS365 technologies and their applications in a professional setting.
  • 'Tech savvy' operator with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
  • Proactive and curious learner with a drive to continually develop your own skills and knowledge.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
  • Excellent communicator with the confidence to consult with and influence stakeholders across all levels of seniority.
  • Outcome-focused with meticulous attention to detail.
