We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Caregiver with Live Well Home & Community Services, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our elderly clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing companionship and emotional support to elderly individuals, promoting their physical and mental well-being.
  • Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation, ensuring our clients receive the care they need to maintain their independence.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment, including light housekeeping duties, to promote a healthy and comfortable living space.
  • Accompanying clients to medical appointments and social outings, providing transportation and support as needed.
  • Keeping accurate records of care provided and any changes in the client's condition, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with our team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A valid Police Check, demonstrating a commitment to safeguarding our clients' well-being.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors, showcasing a passion for caregiving.
  • Reliable transportation to visit clients in their homes, with comprehensive insurance coverage.
  • The ability to pass background checks and reference checks, upholding our high standards of integrity and professionalism.
