About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Occupational Therapist to join our team at Ability Action Australia.

Your Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments to identify client needs and goals">
  • Developing and implementing individualised plans to address client needs and promote capacity building">
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients, families, and carers">
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and outcomes">
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting as required">

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A Bachelor or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)">
  • Current registration with AHPRA">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills">
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment">
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced setting">
