Field Researcher Role

The Field Researcher will be responsible for supporting the company's field research efforts to build a comprehensive understanding of Commercial Real Estate in a designated territory. This involves collecting high-resolution images, updates, and building data across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive or walk submarkets within core territories to collect imagery and updates.
  • Cross-reference new leads with current database information by researching sales and lease comparable data.
  • Collect building data and contact information on properties and send to the in-house Research team when information is new.
  • Photograph and collect building attribute data and contact information for all commercial properties with for-lease and for-sale signs across the assigned territory.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical proficiency in digital photography and post-processing using Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
  • Degree with a significant photography component.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the country on field-related projects.
