Based in Newcastle, this role is suited to someone who's proactive, confident in theatre, and ready to make a real impact through clinical partnership and smart territory strategy. What you'll be doing:

  • Developing your territory with a clear growth strategy
  • Supporting orthopaedic surgeons in-theatre with expert clinical guidance
  • Building long-term partnerships with hospitals, surgeons and clinical teams
  • Delivering on targets while staying focused on what matters—better patient outcomes
  • Collaborating with a high-performing team who care about what they do and how they do it

What you'll bring:

  • A proactive, self-motivated approach—you take initiative and get things done
  • Confidence in navigating complex or high-pressure situations with empathy and clarity
  • Great communication and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to learn fast and apply feedback
  • Sales or clinical experience is highly regarded, but we'll support the right person with the right mindset
