As a Field Research Photographer, you will be responsible for supporting the company's field research efforts to build an in-depth understanding of commercial real estate.

This role requires driving or walking assigned submarkets to collect imagery and updates, including identifying new availability, missing inventory, updated construction status, and high-resolution images where required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect building data and contact information on properties and send it to the in-house research team when information is new.
  • Photograph and collect building attribute data and contact information for all commercial properties with for-lease and for-sale signs across the assigned territory.
  • Cross-reference new leads with current database information by researching sales and lease comparable data.
Requirements
  • Technical proficiency in digital photography and post-processing using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
  • Degree with a significant photography component.
  • Ability to travel extensively for field-related projects.
