About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fundraising Coordinator to join our team at West Recruitment Pty Ltd. As a key member of our business, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Head of Foundation and other team members, as well as implementing community engagement and fundraising campaigns across all Foundation departments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to the Head of Foundation and other team members, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
  2. Support the implementation of community engagement and fundraising campaigns, including event planning, volunteer recruitment, and stakeholder engagement.
  3. Assist with the coordination of events, meetings, and tours, including venue booking, catering, and logistics.
  4. Support the team in maintaining accurate records, including donor registers, mailing lists, and CRM updates.
  5. Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing team to contribute to digital and social media campaigns, EDMs, and other marketing initiatives.
  6. Work with the Finance team to ensure accurate documentation and timely input related to donations, expenses, and invoices.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will have experience in engaging with a range of stakeholders, including internal and external partners, and be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

You will have a positive attitude, be highly organized, and have excellent time management skills. You will also have experience with CRM systems, including Dynamic 365, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
