Claims Performance Manager

We are seeking a talented professional to drive sustainable return-to-work performance across all claims teams and specialist teams.
This role requires participation and management of structured multi-disciplinary case conferences with external and internal stakeholders, encouraging proactive and open communication to develop effective claims management strategies with a focus on recovery outcomes.
The purpose of this role is to provide support to Case Managers and Specialist Staff in developing return-to-work & recovery strategies, staff capability through feedback and coaching, and providing technical support and training to ensure best practice for complex claims management.
To be successful in this role, you will need extensive experience in the Victorian Managed Fund Workers Compensation industry, a high level of resilience, willingness to hold complex conversations, high attention to detail and organisational skills, ability to build relationships and engage staff at all levels, and effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
