Job Overview

The role of IT Desktop Support Analyst involves providing technical guidance and support to ensure seamless operation of desktop infrastructure.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team, responsible for maintaining the integrity of desktop support systems, ensuring they remain secure, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update asset management and configuration management databases (CMDB) to guarantee data accuracy and completeness.
  • Respond to user queries, coordinate escalations to second- and third-line support teams, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Deliver business targets within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collect and analyze statistical information for weekly and monthly reports.
  • Develop and maintain workplace support documentation and knowledge base.
  • Support and maintain mobile device management systems.
