Job Description

The role involves managing land management activities and offsite properties. You will engage with Aboriginal communities, coordinate site work, and develop cultural awareness activities.

  • Coordinate heritage-related issues and manage land management activities and offsite properties.
  • Coordinate rehabilitation activities and manage environmental contractors for land management tasks.
  • Engage with Aboriginal communities, coordinate site work, and develop cultural awareness activities.
  • Inspect and report areas affected by spontaneous combustion and coordinate remedial measures.
  • Meet regularly with lessees regarding rural properties and maintenance of offsite properties.
  • Analyze environmental data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Provide technical advice on environmental matters to support safe, productive and cost-effective mining operations.
  • Contribute to the site's environmental strategy and liaise with local landholders, community members and government officials.
  • Provide relevant environmental training for operational personnel and help foster a safety-focused culture aligned with company values.
