About the Role

We are seeking a vibrant and collaborative team player to join our Geraldton branch as a Member Relationship Consultant. As the first point of contact for our members, you will be the face of HBF in the moments that matter most to them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support new and existing members, identifying their needs and recommending the right product for them face-to-face in branch and through our call centre.
  • Work within a small team to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our members.
  • Be adaptable and resilient, as no two conversations are the same and require an individual approach.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to communicate compassionately and effectively with members.
  • Multi-task across multiple channels, including phone and email, to provide seamless support.
What You'll Need
  • A strong customer service background, with solid computer literacy and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members.
  • Adaptability and resilience, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic role.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a focus on teamwork and supporting colleagues.
