About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to lead our Salesforce initiatives and drive operational efficiency in a dynamic organisation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating our current Salesforce setup against business objectives and identifying opportunities for successful implementations and enhancements.

As a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyse their requirements, document business needs, and translate them into effective Salesforce configurations and customisations. Your expertise in data migration and integration, report and dashboard development, user training and adoption, quality assurance and testing, continuous improvement, and documentation will be crucial in ensuring seamless operations and driving user adoption.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and technically skilled individual to take the lead on a complete overhaul of our Salesforce platform. You will liaise with stakeholders at all levels to understand and analyse processes, needs, and goals of various departments within ClickView, determine areas for improvement, and develop strategies to achieve desired outcomes.

About the Job
  • Lead Salesforce Initiatives: Evaluate our current Salesforce setup against business objectives and identify opportunities for successful implementations and enhancements.
  • Evaluate Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document their requirements, including conducting interviews, workshops, and reviewing existing documentation.
  • Salesforce Configuration and Customisation: Translate business requirements into Salesforce configurations and customisations, including data models, workflows, and user interfaces.
  • Data Migration and Integration: Analyse data requirements and contribute to strategies for data migration into Salesforce. Collaborate on integration projects to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems.
  • Report and Dashboard Development: Define reporting requirements and work with stakeholders to create meaningful reports and dashboards within Salesforce, providing insights into sales performance and business metrics.
  • User Training and Adoption: Assist in developing training materials and conducting user training sessions to ensure that stakeholders understand how to effectively use Salesforce. Contribute to change management efforts to drive user adoption.
  • Quality Assurance and Testing: Contribute to the development of test plans and test cases to validate that Salesforce solutions meet business requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Salesforce environment. Stay informed about new Salesforce features and updates, providing recommendations for leveraging these advancements.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, user guides, and other materials to support Salesforce implementations.

The ideal candidate will possess 4+ years of experience as a certified Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment, extensive experience in building, customising, administering, and maintaining Salesforce systems, and exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
