Our team is looking for a Facilities Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide support to Government Client tenants and Facilities Managers, coordinating facilities management activities as delegated by centralised teams and operational requirements.
This position involves monitoring the use of Corrigo to understand delivery of services, evaluating tasks, invoicing, and submitting documentation. You will also manage risk exposure related to delays and provide general administrative support to the Business Support Team & Facilities Managers.
In addition, you will build and develop effective relationships with Facilities Managers, Contractors, and Suppliers. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a meaningful impact.
About the Role:
- Coordinate facilities management activities as delegated by centralised teams and operational requirements.
- Monitor use of Corrigo to understand delivery of services, evaluation of tasks, invoicing, and submission of documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the Business Support Team & Facilities Managers.
- Manage any escalations regarding contractor performance and missing/incomplete compliance documentation.
- Build and develop effective relationships with Facilities Managers, Contractors, and Suppliers.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible in adapting to rapidly changing situations.
- A team player who is able to cooperate and work well with others to meet targets.
Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 AUD based on location and experience.
