As part of this busy and high performing team you will oversee construction planning, contractor management, and commissioning activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Working across multiple locations, you will coordinate stakeholders, manage resources, and provide expert guidance to achieve exceptional project outcomes.About YouStrong experience in managing large-scale transmission, electrical substations, or high-voltage infrastructure projects from construction through to commissioningExcellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships across diverse teamsSound understanding of WHS and environmental legislation, with a proactive approach to safety and complianceDemonstrated experience coordinating contractors, managing budgets and schedules, and supporting project reporting in dynamic work environmentsHighly organised, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities in fast-paced settingsWilling and able to travel frequently to project sites within NSW including occasional extended stays.Reward and RecognitionWe believe in providing our people with personal, professional, and social benefits so they can deliver their best work each and every day.
