Site Manager – Leeton, NSW

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to supervise the delivery of a commercial project for our client in Leeton, NSW with an immediate start. Ongoing employment opportunities for the right candidate.

About our Client: Thomas McWilliam is representing a trusted industry leader in Commercial Construction. Our client is a multi-award-winning commercial construction company that has been operating in the Central West for over 25 years, delivering diverse commercial projects from $5M to $35M for Government, Commercial, and Local Council sectors across regional NSW.

About the Role:

The project site will have two Site Managers overseeing two projects in the same location. As one of the Site Managers, you will collaborate closely with the other Site Manager and an experienced Project Manager, taking responsibility for supporting daily operations and overseeing the project's on-site progress. Your role will include managing both staff and subcontractors whilst ensuring the project is delivered within budget and on schedule.

These positions are strictly on-site in Leeton, and we invite applications from local candidates, those willing to commute from nearby areas or willing to relocate for the duration of the project.

About You:

  • Experienced in working on commercial construction sites in Australia, with a strong understanding of the Australian Building Codes.
  • Proven background in site management or a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Relevant trade qualifications and a 'boots on the ground' type of attitude
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Good understanding of construction processes, budgeting, safety protocols, and regulations.
  • Australian Citizenship and an unrestricted driver's license.
