Main Responsibilities

  • Designing and coordinating regulatory and compliance frameworks that meet business needs
  • Undertaking thorough reviews of delegations, governance, regulatory landscape, or enforcement capability to identify areas for improvement
  • Developing risk-based approaches to ensure effective compliance and enforcement
  • Monitoring and reporting on compliance and enforcement activities to stakeholders
  • Drafting high-quality reports, briefings, policies, and procedures for clients
Culture Matters

We're looking for someone who embodies our values: passion, tenacity, client-first approach, teamwork, flexibility, and broad thinking with solution-oriented skills.

To Succeed In This Role, You Will Need
  • At least 2 years' experience in a government or consulting environment
  • Demonstrated experience across the regulatory lifecycle, including policy development and implementation
  • Able to manage competing priorities effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Strong verbal, written, and visual presentation skills to communicate complex ideas
  • Desire to work collaboratively with clients, being adaptable and responsive to their needs
  • Legal degree (BLaws or Juris Doctor), or close to completing your degree
  • Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one)
