Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Advisor to join our team. As part of our Regulatory Design and Practice team, you will work closely with regulators to design, deliver, evaluate, and improve their service offer across the full regulatory lifecycle.

  • Interpret, map, and review legislation and regulatory regimes.
  • Design and coordinate regulatory and compliance frameworks.
  • Conduct business process mapping to design, develop or improve regulatory processes.
  • Review emerging issues in regulatory domains.
  • Design and implement risk-based approaches.
  • Monitor and report on compliance and enforcement activities.
  • Draft client reports, briefings, policies, and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years' experience, preferably within a government or consulting environment.
  • Demonstrated experience across the regulatory lifecycle (including policy development, compliance, enforcement, review etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong verbal, written, and visual presentation skills.
  • Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
