Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Retail Operations Manager to lead our store teams in Brisbane and Sunshine Coast regions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver store operating profit budgets through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff training.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of Store Managers, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, making informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Maintain strict control over store expenses, ensuring compliance with agreed budgets and company policies.
  • Embed our brand values throughout the stores, promoting a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
  • Collaborate with the Loss Prevention Manager to implement effective shrinkage control strategies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A proven track record in multi-site or regional retail operations, preferably in a similar role.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and planning skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
